Day 1

You've been thinking about joy all wrong

We spend so much time waiting for joy — as if it'll show up when everything is finally perfect. Ann's about to change that completely. Once you hear this new definition, you'll start noticing joy in moments you've been walking right past.

Day 2

Why joy keeps slipping through your fingers

You feel it for a second and then it's gone. There's a real reason for that — and it has everything to do with what's stored in your body. Today Ann shares something a little embarrassing about herself, and the tip that makes joy actually start to stick.

You don't have to choose between joy and your heartache
