Valentine's Day Treasure Hunt

Here's the thing.

Valentine's Day is coming. And maybe you're already feeling it... that familiar mix of hope and dread.  Or maybe things are so familiar you've lost the spark.

I get it. I've been there. Flowers. Chocolate. Dinner. And I still felt completely alone.

Here's what I eventually learned: We can't feel loved by someone else if we don't know how to receive love. And receiving love? That's not weakness. It's a skill, and we can learn it.

What if this Valentine's Day could be different?

What if, instead of waiting for someone to finally get it right, you learned to feel loved (really loved) starting right now?

That's what this 10-day challenge is about.

Here's What We'll Do Together:

For the first few days, we'll go on a treasure hunt. You'll look for what you appreciate, admire, or respect about yourself. (Some days this feels easy. Some days you have to dig. That's okay.)

Then, we'll move to someone you want a different relationship with. Maybe your spouse. Maybe a friend. Maybe a family member.

By the time Valentine's Day arrives, you'll have practiced letting go of Hollywood expectations and connecting to real love.

(You know the kind that doesn't require someone running through an airport with roses to prove they care.)

What You'll Get:

Each morning, I'll send you:

  • A short story from my own life (because I share my failures first)
  • One simple practice for the day
  • A gentle reminder that you're doing this right

I read every response during these challenges. This isn't a one-way thing. I genuinely want to hear what's happening for you as we practice together.

If you're tired of Valentine's Days that look right but feel empty, let's change that together.

You don't need a partner to do this. You don't need to be "good at feelings." You just need to be willing.

P.S. - The women who did this with me last year said it was the best Valentine's Day they'd ever had. Not because someone finally showed up perfectly, but because they learned how to feel loved right where they were.

Let's make this Valentine's Day the best ever...
